You guys really helped me out today. I had an urgent need to add a 110 line for a gas oven. It was urgent because my daughter just bought the house and had no way to run her gas oven that will be delivered tomorrow and we didn't realize there was a 220 line there not a 110. You guys came out right away and installed the new 110 line at a very reasonable price. It was a small job but it made a world of a difference to me and my daughter. I recently experienced electrical issues at my home due to the heavy ice storm, which resulted in my power being lost for a good while. After running my generator, I returned to the grid only to find my 200 amp service breaker failed, and to make matters worse, the electrical box was located outside. Despite the brutal weather, and plummeting temperatures, Can-Duit took my call, and promptly came to my property to address the situation. Despite the difficult weather, Rod and his son persevered through it to access the situation, and got my service breaker by-passed to ensure power back to my house and heat for the evening, until they could return to perform a more permanent repair. Rod and his son were prompt, professional, honest, and worked with me to find the best solution to fit my needs. I highly recommend this company.

I was very impressed with there service. So much I wrote a review which i don't often do. They were 30 min early to the job. And finished a full hour early. They had to deal with all my kids and dogs and were very respectful of that and my house. They brought me up to code bringing my service up to a 200 amp adding a new bigger breaker box and adding a sub box in my attic and it was with a fair price. Another well known Rockford establishment quoted me at 7000.00 and I knew from my research that 4000.00 was what i would be paying. Can-Duit came in under that. In addition I made a mistake approving what they quoted me at for the wrong breaker box and they fixed it at no cost to me. That proves to me there commitment to there customer I new the mistake was on my end. They are a good group that i will for now on be sending all my electric work there way. I need a sub box added to my garage. My sister as work to be done at her house. My mother bought an electric car and needs here garage wired up. Money is always tight at my house but i still need quality work done for my family safety. They provided that. All things I will be sending there way because how nice the work was done and how well they treated my family.

I called to ask for a diagnostic on a partial power problem that I thought might have caused my electric water heater to fail, resigned to have to pay for a service call. The electrician recommended over the phone that I first try turning off each breaker switch then shutting off and turning back on the main power. This worked and I didn't need the service call. I appreciate the honest suggestion and willingness to save me an unnecessary expense, costing him easy money to his own pocket. This gives me confidence that I'll be fairly treated by Can Duit Electric whenever I do need service.

These guys were awesome. Our incredibly outdated electric box went down on a 19 degree night. They took the call, accommodated our emergency and assured us that they'd be there to help in the morning. It really felt like they cared that our home and safety were endangered. They came equipped the next morning, did a full upgrade, and had our heat blasting away by early afternoon. Solid guys.
